Running a Review campaign in Microworkers can be greatly beneficial for anyone who:

☞ need honest feedback on their existing product or service
☞ need tests and corresponding feedback on forms, page or system functionalities
☞ need tests on new product, service, website; and soliciting honest feedback for the same
☞ need tests and corresponding feedback on a new Mobile App (iOS, Android)
☞ need tests and corresponding feedback on a new browser Add-on
☞ need tests and corresponding feedback on a new game, Facebook app, etc..

The Microworkers workforce is huge and is comprised of many talented individuals who can fulfill such requests. To help set up your Review campaign, and at the same time ensure that your request is within the program’s Terms of Use, the following guidelines are very useful to speed up your campaign approval and get your Review tasks done in no time:

For service/product reviews:

☞ Reviews must only be requested from those who have previously used the product/service. This has to be specified in your campaign requirements. It’s best not to miss out this detail. Microworkers perform manual campaign reviews to ensure all requests are within their guidelines. Should this be lacking, the approval team will get in touch with you to have the detail added, which will delay the approval process. Worse, your campaign could be declined.

Thus, you should add something along the lines of:

“Only accept this task if you have previously used our product/service.”

☞ If the intention is to generate honest feedback on your product/service, the Worker must be asked to post such in the Microworkers proof box (otherwise, see next item)

☞ If the honest feedback/review is requested to be posted online (on Product/service page), ALWAYS ask the Workers to acknowledge (in the review) that such is a Sposored review. This is another important thing you should not leave out. Microworkers approval team will check this and will again call your attention on the issue. This will delay the launch of your campaign.

Thus, you should add something along the lines of:

Include the following statement at the end of your review before posting it: “This is a Sponsored review.

For feedbacks after requesting Tests on downloadable Games, Browser add-ons or Mobile apps (iOS/Android):

☞ A download task (for downloadable game, for mobile app, and browser add-on) must be requested first.

☞ Request the Workers to leave their feedback and/or testing results/findings in the Microworkers proofbox (you can prepare a set of questions they can address), or uploaded via screensot/proof file

☞ If the review is requested to be posted online (Game page, Itunes Store, Google Playsotre), ALWAYS ask the Workers to acknowledge (in the review) that such is a Sposored review. Again, this is an important thing you should not leave out. The Microworkers approval team will will call your attention on this and will delay the launch of your campaign.

Thus, you should add something along the lines of:

Include the following statement at the end of your review before posting it: “This is a Sponsored review.

For tests & Review requests on online-ready games (no download required):

☞ Access to the game must be provided to Workers for free. If registration is requried, only free Sign ups will be supported.

☞ Request the Workers to leave their feedback and/or testing results/findings in the Microworkers proofbox (you can prepare a set of questions they can address), or uploaded via screensot/proof file

Requests to earn X number of credits or reach a certain level are not supported, and will be declined

For feedbacks after requesting Tests on Page Forms, Website Functionalities, Systems
:

☞ A Testing task must be requested first.

Find the proper subcategory (Website testing, mobile app testing, Browser add-on test, Facebook app test, Others…) depending on your task, under the Testing category

☞ Request the Workers to leave their feedback and/or testing results/findings in the Microworkers proofbox (you can prepare a set of questions they can address), or uploaded via screensot/proof file

For Facebook Apps tests & Review requests:

☞ Workers must first be asked to add the Facebook app (proper cost for Add Facebook App should be assigned)

☞ Request the Workers to leave their feedback and/or testing results/findings in the Microworkers proofbox (you can prepare a set of questions they can address), or uploaded via screensot/proof file
☞ If the review is requested to be posted online (on the App page), ALWAYS ask the Workers to acknowledge (in the review) that such is a Sposored review.

Thus, you should add something along the lines of:

Include the following statement at the end of your review before posting it: “This is a Sponsored review.

If the above-guidelines is properly observed, you should expect speedy approval of your Review Campaign.
