When tasks assigned for a specific zone doesn’t seem to be working well for your campaign, you may now be able to Retarget your campaign to get better results.

The Retarget option is available in your individual campaign page, below your campaign zone selection information.

First, here are a few things you need to know about this new feature:
☞ Retargeting allows you to add or remove countries within the same zone

Example:
When choosing Asia zone, you may Retarget your campaign to countries belonging to Asia zone only.
A campaign ran under Asia cannot be retargeted to Western zone or other zones.

☞ Retargeting is possible only for Basic Jobs

☞ Retargeting is only possible once every 24 hours

Check out these few samples on Retargeting for different scenarios:

EXCLUDING COUNTRIES FROM YOUR CAMPAIGN:

Original zone selection: International (ALL countries allowed, none excluded)

Click Retarget.

Remove the countries you no longer wish to participate in your campaign, then click Submit.

Remember:
The EXCLUDE option is only available under the International zone which is done by ticking on boxes for countries you DO NOT want to participate in your campaign.

Your new targeting option will be displayed to you.

New Zone selection:
International EXCLUDING Philippines, Poland, China, United Kingdom, Australia, France

You will be prompted when you may be able to use this feature again.

ALLOWING PREVIOUSLY EXCLUDED COUNTRIES TO YOUR INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN:

Original zone selection: International (EXCLUDING 6 countries)

Click Retarget.

Remove some countries from Exclusion list to allow them to participate in your campaign, then click Submit.

In this example, Excluding only 1 country.

Your new targeting option will be displayed to you.

New Zone selection:
International EXCLUDING only France

You will be prompted when you may be able to use this feature again.

INCLUDING MORE COUNTRIES TO YOUR CAMPAIGN:

Original zone selection: Europe-East, only allowing Russian Federation

Click Retarget

Include additional countries you wish to participate in your campaign, then click Submit.

Your new targeting option will be displayed to you.

New Zone selection:
Europe-East INCLUDING Greece, Poland, Lithuania, Russian Federation, Macedonia, Turkey

You will be prompted when you may be able to use this feature again.
